Could be a couple different things, I'd start by getting paper tuned, might be a torque issue, very well could be your arrow spine,
When you go out to further distances does your arrow walk left and right? What are your specs? Draw weight, draw length, arrow type/spine/length, tip weight?
Are you getting fletch contact on your cables?
Is it just your target? I have had a few bag targets that made me think my bow was pushing arrows.
