Not an expert at snaring or math but using the 6 square mile formula one could set in the middle or edges of both and be 2 1/2 miles from bait sites to take advantages of home territories.I find other factors such as drainages, snowfall accumulation , weather, brush, farming/feedlot operations, etc. can affect bait distances as well.There are some days that it is tough to figure out what a coyote will do.Good to pay heed to Marty as his numbers speak well for him.
