Watching some of the u tube videos will have you believe that 3 lbs per 1000 watt light is possable.
This would be from an experienced person with all the best equipment.
So maybe cut that in half for someone thats just starting out.
There also was an artical from someone in Alberta on the cbc news page about growing outside that yielded around a pound a plant.This was from an experienced grower.
