Since there is no audio, we have no idea what he was saying to McGlockton's girlfriend but you can see in the video, everyone else going in or out of the store were looking at him so it's safe to assume that the exchange was likely heated. Reading different accounts of Drejka's past behavior, I doubt he was calmly chastising her for parking in a handicap zone and most men are going to come to a woman's defense, especially if it's heated situation. Of course they shouldn't have parked there but for that minor infraction to lead to someone's death is unwarranted and uncalled for and the conflict began with Drejka.
