Butter in fry pan, just enough to oil surface
Get hot,
Drop in Serving size chunks
Squeeze lemon juice over
Cook 5 minutes covered, or until just done
If you want to dress it up, fry fine chopped onion first, stir in sour cream and a bit more lemon juice when fish is just done
