That is a good question and probably worth it's own thread or two.
I am way too much of noob at this point to be much of a help. But I tell you gun exposeure is one of the areas that intimitates me, along with force fetching.
I would count on it taking a year or two, the nice thing about this process is the baseline obediance training required makes for a much better pet companion in the end.
