My first inclination would be to check the chamber. Blowing the primer on the first round may have led to debris in the bolt, explaining the second round misfiring. I would give the chamber and bolt both a full inspection and cleaning, including a full disassembly of the bolt. I might even pull the bolt apart over a piece of clean white paper, to see if any shrapnel fell out of the assembly.
