What kind of barrel did you put on your rifle? I went with a Ron smith cut rifled barrel on my 270ai and with my hand loads I run around min 270 load data, you will likely have to start hand loading and start a couple grains below min as it seems you have a "tight" barrel and work up from there, looking for pressure signs and using a chrono to look for velocity spikes that would indicate over pressure loads
