I think it would be reasonable to be able to use a shot gun loaded up with Dead Coyote loads or heavy turkey loads and be able to shoot at night. There are several times each winter where under a full moon , with the snow you can see as good as day light. All this being said I'm not sure how you legislate it or put in a proposal that would make sense. Obviously using a high power rifle would be a no- no. Anyway let the meeting of the closed minds proceed.
