I've owned those as well as other Bushnell Elites and many Leupolds. Not much difference in clarity, as far as I can tell.
I've got a few Leupold "long range" models and wouldn't buy anything else from Leupold now. The ability to bring up a sharp focus at different ranges is something you need to see to believe.
Leupold does seem to be the gold standard with warranty and that's a good thing. As someone mentioned, they have a warranty depot right here in the Republic of Alberta.
On other hand, I don't know of anyone who owned a Bushnell Elite or Nikon Monarch and had them fall off on the ground one day while shooting, and I've never had a warranty claim on anything, so sometimes I wonder if all the warranty hype is just hype. Works on me, too, tho.
