Lol ya I guess I sound like I haven't been out since the Ice Age but it's actually only been about 2 years since I started getting back into icing perch & for sure it's evolved a lot since the "good ol' days". Maybe I should get a Marmish rod to experiment with on those days when the perch are being difficult on my usual rigs.
