If you're using an older T5 style Mathews quiver you can just put a small piece of weather stripping at the back of the slots. It pushes your arrow towards the front and holds it tight. That's what I've done with mine for my VAPs and it works great. Super tight. No problems. The newer style Mathews Web quivers hold them fine.
