You must have very very heavy fletch and wrap with very little point weight to end up with a neutral FOC. Even an 85 gr point plus an insert should weigh more than a wrap and fletching?
Post what your arrow fletch and wrap are and what the point and insert weight are, along with your nock and arrow shaft...(I'm wondering if somehow you are not measuring and calculating FOC correctly?) Obviously you have enough fletch drag to control the arrow in flight.
