Given that you only need 1/16 native blood to claim indigenous status it's hard to tell by just looking at the name ?? it's even harder when looking at peoples last names that are Metis and now have the same status as indigenous.
I picked the guy that appeared to have been found guilty of the charges that one would associated with the leader of this mob, maybe he just had indigenous females with harvest cards riding around with him as there appears to be a couple names in there that could be tied to this scenario.
It's hard to say, that's why I was asking if anyone knew more facts.
