I will say this, if the department of player safety is willing to suspend Cogliano on a 1st time offence and most likely cost him a hockey hall of fame induction, I think Gio may be a little worried at this point.

I just had a look at the Cogliano hit, it's apples and hubcaps comparison to Gio. Cogliano hit him way late, and right in the bean. Anyway, Gio looks like he is good to go, the right decision.
Do you really think that will have any bearing on Cogs and the Hall of Fame someday? Hard to imagine....
