Quite a few birds including the Robin overwinter in Calgary near the Bow or Fish Creek. Even saw a Belted Kingfisher in January!
Did however see a nice Red-Tailed Hawk couple days ago out in the country!
Spring can’t come soon enough though, was trudging through waist deep snow the other day at work..
