57gr of R26 with ADG brass gives me 3050fps and around 3/8" average for three shots. The brake was removed after the first test firing, as it was obnoxiously loud. Recoil is mild without the brake, and it is much more pleasant noise wise. The brake does change the point of impact 3" at 100m
