Everyone has had it happened, and anyone who says otherwise is full of it. The fact that people actually are arguing that a person should still be fined must work for the government or something because all that crap is is a money making scheme.

Any reasonable officer(F&W or Police) should give you 24 hours to prove you just made an honest mistake. I think it should actually be the law, unfortunately it isn't though and you still get ***** officers trying to meet quotas...
Very reasonable thinking Rav.

I remember one time I drove a long way and forgot my wallet.
But I DID have my fishing licence in my vest.
I just barely had enough gas to get back home and had enough change in the truck to buy a sandwich n drink.

Sometimes we don't think clearly at 4am with the excitement of the fishing day ahead. Like a kid at Christmas.

But it was a good fishing day
