I have both in the house. I often use the air fryer. Very easy to use. No detailed recipes as I usually toss in prawns, clams, mussels, squid, or scallops in with a bit of olive oil and some dry spice.
The Handler uses the insta-pot. I am amazed at how versatile it is and how easy she throws together soups, stews, pot roasts, etc.
