I run a few different guys coyotes thru my shop. Every one get a tag. It prevents mass confusion mainly by my brain. And there are guys that are phenomenal at skinning coyotes. It can be hard to find a good skinned that is at a good price point and is trust worthy. If you find those guys are busy. Good luck. Best bet is to train a fella up to your standards.
