Lots of cheap 7mm bullets out there. I use to load 120 hornady hollow points in my .280 going pretty darn quick.I don't quite remember how fast cause it was a while ago. Hornady, Sierra and Winchester all make some cheap little bullets in 7mm. I would try a 120 gr sierra spt , loaded at the top end of the scale you should get 3000fps pretty easy.My manual list several loads in the 3100 fps range. Sierras are usually pretty darn accurate as well. Hornady has 5 offerings in 120 gr bullets, maybe try the the V-max or the hollw point, again from what i see in the manual 3000 fps should be achievable.
