Spot on. Sent a 3/4" scope off a 22 in for repair. They no longer make them and cant fix them. Scope was at least 50 years old. They sent me a brand new high end Elite worth about 500 bucks to replace a scope that probably cost 5 bucks new, and maybe 60 bucks if you can find one today. Tasco still sells them, 17 bucks at Walmart.
