This is the scope rail I ordered.

This is the low power scope I got for it. I've been using it on my 22 while I'm putting my sks together and really like it. If I dont like it on the sks it'll just go back on the 22. I'm sure most people have wasted more money on dumber things then a $60 scope rail. I'm not trying to tacticool my sks, it's still got the wood stock and factory mag. A scope is just more practical and easier to use for me. Even if it does just stay on 1.25 power

Good for you! Get it done and go have some fun! Don’t listen to anybody, you are not building this rifle to win an Olympic competition. This gun is cheap and fun! I did put a scope on mine but then I did take it off. Dunno, but someth8ng didn’t feel right shooting sks with a scope. It feels way better with an iron sight. But as I said, go ahead and tr6 it. After all, it’s cheap entertainment.
