This chaps my ass x10! I fish those waters on a regular basis and the only time i've ever seen enforcement is at the one boat launch at saunders. They were handing out tickets to guys for open beer. Poachers beware. River boat gamblin will lookin for ya! We throw back if a rocky is even close to borderline let alone a banned fish.
