Get the book Younger Next Year written by Lodge and Crowley a retired guy and a doctor They really push exercise 6 days a week 4 days cardio 2 days weights 45 min to hour a day and hard training ( golf doesn't cut it) As far as diets go they don't push it their only comment was "Cut out eating the Cr#p"
