Well they pay taxes on the lease land to use it, do you? And before all you yahoo’s say you pay taxes. Do you pay taxes to use the land for recreation like the rancher does to use the land for the grazing, because that rancher then essentially would pay double the taxes then. Because even if the rancher didn’t have the lease he still pays taxes right?
