Never had issues with my fish shaped camera. Had a lot of good close ups of whitefish. Look for Sand flats and a mix of weed in 4 to 8 feet in the morning. Don't be afraid to go shallower, often you will find super aggressive whites in 1-2 feet of water early in the morning. In the reservoirs try around the inlet, always done well. Good luck.
