A thought
Why have we been given so much time before the finalization of restricted transfers?
As most people have gone out and made a protest purchase, that would mean that the importers and stores would have very little stock left at the end.
These establishments would not feel a need to have an issue as they have with the prohibited fiasco therefore negating a need for expensive lawyers who would then drag it out over a long period of time.
