I just got off the phone with the mayor of Okotoks quizzing
him as to when he intended to call in the army because of our sever
snowfall. We had 8 " by 8 this morning . I explained to him that
in the eastern part of this great country , that part known as upper canada
when the snow gets in the 6" range the mayor of such enlightened centres l as Toronto , calls out the army to assist the citizens with their life threathening dilemna ...
I can understand that the Torontonians are of faint heart caused by the fact that their favourite sons the Leafs arent buried in the cellar ...as usual.
I hope this is the finalle in the white stuff....meanwhile I'll go out and fire up the snow blower ...I am kinda the snow angel in the geriatric set here.......
