I must have been lucky. They met me after closing to give me a machine to use for the testing. They completely tested a used machine that I got a good deal on. Never tried to upgrade me to a newer machine or different masks. Even told me to buy the distilled water at a big box retailer as it was a lot cheaper. I was actually wondering where they made their money with the amount of time they were willing to spend with me.
