Is it possible to wrap the tank/pipework in a heat trace cable. The stuff is usually available at an electrical wholesaler or even get a lower grade version from Home depot. It would be a less rapid thaw if you were worried about cracking of pipes or tanks.
As mentioned above, I would also look at a heated parking bay as an option.
