A lot revolves around specific logistics i.e. if you are getting it mounted there, euro vs shoulder, how many lbs of meat you're bringing back, coolers/totes, freezing/freezer space rental, airline fees for the oversized baggage etc.
If a guy had access to a house with a freezer, you could shoot it in the first couple days, euro the head, cut up and freeze/eat the meat for a week, and then bring what you want home. But a condo or apt, you get to pay someone for that.
