You don't need to spend thousands of dollars to top up your supplies a bit. For the cost of one tank of fuel, or a meal out, or what many people smoke in a week, or drink , you can buy a pound of powder, or a box of bullets, or a case of primers. And you don't have to buy it all at once, a pound of powder this month, bullets the next month, etc,
