Tape worm won't hurt you if they are cooked. LOL Yeah, turns me off to, but the reality is, even the meat we buy in the supermarket can have tape worm. Nothing is inspected 100%.

Rabbit's/Hare are one of those animals we should be extra carefull in cooking.
They can pass on some rather unsavory gifts. Like Pork and Bear.

Oh, and now Deer, with CWD and cows with mad cow disease.

Even raw fish can give you tape worms. Rare meat of any sort is dicy in my opinion.
If it wiggles when I stick a fork in it, it goes back on the fire for a while in my house.


Almost forgot. Yes, I have eaten rabbit. Jacks but not Snowshoe Hare.
I would eat a Snowshoe Hare, just never had the oppertunity.
