Well one thing for sure, the water clarity looks excellent!!!
Reason I ask about depth is I have tried your lure under a slip bobber and it did work great, just for the wrong fish!!
Nice part of a slip bobber is you can add some split shots and get longer casts. You can also do a vertical jigging with short pulls and then let it suspend there.
I may be able to give it a try this weekend again. A Neighbour from the City was still catching walleye this morning at Calling. He didn't care to try for whites from my understanding of what he was saying.
