Buy as big as you can afford and park in the yard or garage, there always seems to be a need for extra space for gas cans etc. 3500lb axle with 15 inch wheels for sure. Get one with electric trailer brakes. I have had them on my sled trailer for years and it sure is nice. A nice rub rail around the trailer makes for easy securing of the atvs.

Mine is a 12 ft, 8 foot deck with a triangle 4 ft front. First owner custom built it so I modified it a bit along the way. Fits 3 med sized atvs and I have had 2 summits side by side and a little Yammy across the front.

Alum is good, light to pull, no rust but have seen on a friends trailer, the structure break after a few years of bouncing down the gravel roads. Steel is fine but lots of up keep to avoid the inevitable rust monster.
