Lots of assumptions here.
The reality here is that a bit of liability insurance would be a pittance if there was a fire, most companies running OHV’s in the bush don’t have any fire watches and it would be impossible to cover the ground they travel, and farmers, trappers, hunting guides and natives are just as likely to start a fire with their OHV as any recreational user would.
If the likelihood of starting a fire with a OHV is that high then the use of them should be shut down with no exceptions.
