Sometimes its where its located Harv. Going down 22 a couple of yrs ago south of Calgary, can't remember the name of the little Village, a County Cop was trolling. When we came back two days later, he was still there. Stopped in and asked the locals and apparently his wages and vehicles and a good portion of the county budget is paid for by his toll booth. That is not what it was designed for as I'm sure he had other things to do. He did not get me but it was obvious there is abuse on their part as to location and what it's supposed to do. In this case I even think a 30 zone was involved and yes going the proper speed is good but a lot of people from outside specific areas get caught because of planned strategic placings and changes in speed zones. Signage does not always help. Some county schools are in weird spots as well and you're on top of them pretty quick. Cash cows are out there so beware,
