There are SCAB Unions out there and there are some Great Employers who offer better rates and conditions than a Union Shop.
I'm not trying to recruit for the Union here in Alberta, you guys can make the choice yourself or have made the choice to slag those who have made an educated decision.

Couldn't have said it better. I don't know too many people collecting not one but two defined benefit pensions, but thanks to a strong union and good bargaining my coworkers and myself are. Though it has been awhile since there was a union bashing thread.
