How is it considered trespassing if one stays below the high water mark. Do landowners or ranchers actually own the stream bed.
Edjumacate me as I didn't think this was possible.
If the stream is closed due to regulations, that's one thing, but didn't think anyone could lay claim to the stream bank below high water mark.
