I am still in the weeds with Mrs Omega for a 14 lb-er that she caught off the dock the last year the dock was still made of wood. I put it on a chain stringer and lowered it in- It swirled and bent the loop straight.

That was before the 100cm restriction and I never measured it for length so I was curious.
It would be helpful if I could tell her that it wouldn't even be a keeper these days
