Falling markets are opportunities when they fall below their intrinsic value with a margin of safety added. Plus falling energy prices are stimulative at some point too.

So those who sold high and are sitting on a lot of cash now will eventually start licking their lips.

Too bad though that most asset classes and equity markets allowed themselves to be pumped up to such extreme valuations. Bursting bubbles are always very ugly to those taking the massive hits.
