Fourteen hours later, and still no response from anyone!

Sorry, I know nothing about FCPP. However, when it comes to buying extended warranties, I always advise to 'tread cautiously'. Many extended warranties are not worth the paper they're written on, and the number of auto warranty companies that have gone bankrupt in the last few years has turned a lot of people off the idea.
