If you follow others tracks or packed down trails you should be ok. Bring a shovel and anything else that can get you moving along (Large buddy) lol. The Rav is well all wheel drive on the best of days and low ground clearance might give you issues in drifted in areas. We are going into some warm temps and come mid day/afternoon under direct sun well the snow gets slushy like. Hopefully you got good tires too that can bite.
