Not without glasses you can't !!!!!
I turned just turned 45 last year and I found my eye sight, when looking at fishing line and reading small print was causing my arms to elongate .....
a year later, and my arms can no longer stretch out any further ..... so I guess glasses is what I'm destined for !!!!
