That ^ news link is a very good document on what's happening in Hong Kong. I still fear for them when Beijing finally decides to send in the PLA, and brutally end it all. It will be
'Tiananmen Square' 2.0, but on a Much Larger Scale ❗
As for your other comments; North America is Not;
"in a virtual media blackout", about these things ... Hong Kong, France, Iran, Lebanon, Syria, etc., are being covered by most news outlets I watch.
