Double header at Rivers Inlet fishing for big Coho. Buddies was in in 5 minutes. Netted it with one hand. 15 lbs. Took 20 mins to get mine to the boat. 18-19 pounder half way in the net when 3000+ lb sea lion stole it out of the net. Not the "strangest" thing to happen. Lost them to sea lions before but not when they're in the net. Probably the angriest I have ever been losing a fish.
Woulda been a personal best and won me $500. Had to blame the net man.
