Ha unfortunately that would violate the 14th amendment. My point is we can often do way more than what generally occurs. Bond on the spot is usually reserved for non residents to ensure the issue is resolved otherwise they just leave and never come back. If they can’t pay bond it goes seize the rifle or jail route.
