I thought for sure I ruined dinner when I pulled it out. The armchair quarterbacks behind me didn't help either.
But as we sliced off chunk after chunk with juices running down the whole bird, people started grabbing pieces out of the pan and wouldn't stop.
The outside is crispy, the inside is moist and tender...I'm telling you it is unbelievable.
