Its come down to the pillow . I normally don't use a pillow as I sleep on my stomach ,and the pillow is just inches away from my head .
The last 6 months the head aches have turned from the ice cold headaches to hang over headaches . So what has happened the last 6 months is that my old feather pillow got changed with a new one . The last 5 days the pillow was placed on the dresser and no headache. Yesterday I used it and the headache came back . . Not sure if its the feathers or the chemicals they might be using on the feathers . My old pillow was not so bad because its been washed a lot .
I will be sleeping with out a feather pillow now and maybe my daytime headaches will not happen if i don't wear a hat . Fingers crossed .

Wow, that's an interesting discovery. I would never have associated a feather pillow as the cause of headaches.
